This phase includes design input. We work closely with the design team to create your vision while using our vast expertise of actual work to input the practical aspects, we thoroughly inspect and examine the existing building/ work site on remodel and expansion projects and break down the Design Plans in details on new builds. Our Pricing department works with sub-contractor on labor bids, and also constantly monitor the Material Prices, even pre-purchase and price-lock certain items where it's possible.
Cost plus projects mean, we are the ones who must keep those costs down. we offer several bidding options; we recommend our Actual cost + Fee option, where our fee can be adjusted based on the complexity of the projects. We work closely with Architects and planners, permitting entities and stay on top of schedules for timely delivery of all bids. and work scope.
Working with trusted subcontractors, we keep them accountable throughout the entire build. From sequence to production and quality control, we stay focused on the goal.
We work closely with your lender, the municipality inspectors, HOAs, architects, MEPs and engineers.
We are flexible and adapt to changes and problem-solve as we go.
The last step in any build. This phase includes site cleanup, systems training, final inspections and move-in coordination. After completion, we have a final walkthrough to ensure your complete satisfaction. and our warranties meet and exceed the industry standards in most cases. even on demo and remodel projects!
our service department handles all repair or service orders and coordinates with technicians and sub-contractors to insure proper repairs or service. our commitment doesn't end when you move it.
